NerdySoft teaches them the profession they want to master by submerging the interns deep into both theory and practice.

Stand with Ukraine

It has been since day one that NerdySoft has joined Ukraine’s war effort of withstanding the brutal and unprovoked war the Russian Federation has inflicted upon our people. As a company, we’re doing everything we can to make sure that the good prevails.

Therefore, the first days of March 2022 saw us taking a strategic approach to helping everyone we could cope with the situation. Our priorities have been broken down into two major directions: ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees (meaning we’ve taken proper care of our partners’ business continuity) and helping the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the Ukrainian society in our fight for freedom, dignity, and future.

For the employees

  • To minimize the risks, the company’s management is actively engaged in communication with our clients to ensure business continuity for them
  • An employee relocation program has been designed and implemented. Every member of the nerdySoft team, living in the Central and Eastern Ukraine, including the city of Kyiv, was provided with an opportunity of relocation to the Western regions of Ukraine, where all the necessary life and work facilities have been allocated to them
  • An employee support program has been launched. Every NerdySoft team member can work from a location abroad (if they have such an opportunity) as long as they need to. The company makes sure to stay in touch and provide all the necessary support for the employees’ comfortable sojourn
  • All the employees who have joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have their position preserved for them

For the victory

  • The company has set up a volunteering staff for the support and aid to those at the frontlines. Given our employees’ loyalty and willingness to help, together we have managed to accumulate a striking sum of 2.5 million hryvnias, used to purchase and transfer armored trucks, medivacs, and jeeps to the frontlines. Means of transportation and evacuation are crucial to preserving and saving people’s lives at the frontlines
  • The company’s employees have become an integral part of the Ukrainian It army, partaking actively in cyber warfare. Together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, we have managed to withstand more than 8,000 cyber attacks on the Ukrainian infrastructure that took place during the first 9 months of the war
  • The company has launched a website for the accumulation of donations from abroad. All the donations are used to help those who have suffered from the war and to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine
