NerdySoft is constantly growing and we are looking for a C++ Engineer to join our Nerdy team!
We offer a great and challenging opportunity to deal with the PLC programming and cooperate with our client from Iceland.
About Project:
Our client based in Iceland is a leading company in the market of the disinfection system in the food industry in Iceland and Poland, and is entering the markets of North America and Scandinavia. Using the technology developed by the client, makes the production and storage of food products, in particular meat, and seafood, more cost-effective and safe at the same time.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with C++;
- 2+ years of PLC + HMI programming experience;
- Knowledge of OOP and OOD;
- English at the Upper-intermediate level.
Would be nice to have:
● Experience with Ladder logic or Ladder Diagram programming (Unitronics PLCs);
● Experience with B&R PLCs.
Responsibilities:
- System architecture design;
- Embedded development and programming of B&R PLC;
- User interface programming;
- Participation in daily/scheduled/demo sessions with the team;
- Communication with other engineering teams/customers.
