Requirements:

Successfully completed HR courses
Full understanding of all HR functions, processes and best practices
Good knowledge of the IT market
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
High level of analytical skills, independence and organization
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
Result-oriented, problem-solving and attentive to details
English level — B1 and above

Responsibilities:

Coordinate newcomers’ onboarding and adaptation processes
Provide regular one-on-one meetings with managers and employees
Working with different HR documentation
Organize team buildings and corporate events
Create positive and trustful working relationships with employees and managers and maintain a positive atmosphere in the company
Monitoring the level of satisfaction of employees, stimulating them to continuous professional development
Participation in solving problems and conflicts
Work with various personnel documentation
Generate own ideas to improve HR processes
Be involved in the Company’s HR Brand building
