Requirements:

  • Successfully completed HR courses
  • Full understanding of all HR functions, processes and best practices
  • Good knowledge of the IT market
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • High level of analytical skills, independence and organization
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
  • Result-oriented, problem-solving and attentive to details
  • English level — B1 and above

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate newcomers’ onboarding and adaptation processes
  • Provide regular one-on-one meetings with managers and employees
  • Working with different HR documentation
  • Organize team buildings and corporate events
  • Create positive and trustful working relationships with employees and managers and maintain a positive atmosphere in the company
  • Monitoring the level of satisfaction of employees, stimulating them to continuous professional development
  • Participation in solving problems and conflicts
  • Work with various personnel documentation
  • Generate own ideas to improve HR processes
  • Be involved in the Company’s HR Brand building
