To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager who is passionate about building and developing the company’s sales force.
The key to success is finding and closing relevant partnerships.

Requirements:

  •  5+ years of experience in technology sales, ideally in a high volume, fast-paced sales environment
  • Proven experience in prospecting in SaaS/Enterprise
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, relationship building, and closing deals
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with foreign markets
  • English – an Advance level

Would be a plus:

  • Understanding of SaaS and FinTech 
  • Higher education in business or international relations

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals with key accounts
  • Achieve sales targets set by management
  • Develop individual customer acquisition strategy
  • Manage all pre-sales support activities
  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and explain the value of the company’s services, conducting introductory and demonstration meetings with new customers, and establishing strong cooperative relationships
  • Market development: the continuous search for new partnership opportunities and markets
  • Meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers by conducting detailed needs analysis
  • Act with customers in mind and establish effective relationships based on trust and respect
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and efficiently maintain a database with detailed and accurate notes on all sales-related activities

Project 1

We develop for our client (USA, Georgia) a comprehensive logistics system that creates the most efficient model for delivery to any location.
The application allows you to create and track an order or shipment, as well as contact anyone involved in the delivery process to resolve questions or potential problems that may arise in the process. There is also the possibility of tracking and moving deliveries.
